Role Overview
As an SEO Associate, you will play a key role in driving traffic and conversion through organic search channels on both our website and app. This position is an execution-driven role requiring you to be hands-on with your approach to SEO, managing various facets of search performance, including on-page, technical, and off-page strategies, while exploring emerging fields such as AI optimization and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Core SEO Execution: Own the responsibility for improving organic search rankings and enhancing quality traffic that leads to conversions. Conduct keyword research and execute on-page SEO strategies including meta tags, content optimization, and technical audits to ensure site performance.
• Backlinking and Off-Page SEO: Create and implement link-building campaigns, manage outreach for high-quality link prospects, and regularly audit the backlink profile for optimization.
• Community Engagement: Establish strategies on Reddit and Quora to enhance brand visibility and referral traffic, ensuring authentic engagement with users while maintaining community standards.
• AI-Driven Strategies: Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, optimize technical audits, and transform how search queries are addressed, staying ahead in the evolving search landscape.
• App Store Optimization (ASO): Manage app store listings for our platform, improve visibility, track keyword performance, and ensure a seamless user experience on app stores.
• Reporting: Collate performance reports encompassing traditional SEO metrics as well as metrics related to AI-driven visibility, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues proactively and enhance overall strategy.

Tech Stack

• SEO Tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
• Community Platforms: Reddit, Quora.
• Programming: Basic Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• AI Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI-specific tools for SEO.

• 1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, focusing on on-page, technical, and off-page SEO fundamentals.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Experience in link-building and outreach campaigns.
• Comfort engaging on platforms like Reddit and Quora for visibility.
• Practical experience using AI tools for SEO workflows.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Strong execution bias and good written communication skills.

Good to Have:
