Role Overview

As a Service Lab Account Manager based in Kochi, you will play a critical role in promoting laboratory diagnostic services, tests, and kits across the state of Kerala. You will be responsible for creating and nurturing strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories, and healthcare professionals to drive sales growth and market share expansion for Critical Care products. Your expertise and proactive approach will be essential in identifying new business opportunities and ensuring effective market coverage within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and expand market share for Critical Care products across Kerala.
• Successfully launch new products within the critical care segment through hospital and institutional channels.
• Manage and develop key accounts, including Corporate Hospitals, Multispecialty Centers, Government Institutions, and Diagnostic Labs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with super specialists in therapeutic areas such as Infectious Diseases, Oncology, Nephrology, and Intensive Care.
• Collaborate efficiently with marketing and medical affairs teams to execute regional strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field.
• Preferred Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of sales experience in healthcare; familiarity with MNCs or leading diagnostic labs preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, adaptability, market knowledge, and customer relationship management.
