Role Overview

As the Service Lab Account Manager covering Kochi and Trivandrum, you will play a vital role in promoting our laboratory diagnostic services, focusing on building relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals throughout Kerala. This position requires a proactive sales approach and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities while achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share expansion for Critical Care products across the assigned region.
• Successfully launch new products in the critical care segment through hospital and institutional channels.
• Manage and develop key accounts including corporate hospitals, multispecialty centers, and government institutions.
• Cultivate relationships with super specialists in various therapeutic areas such as Infectious Diseases, Oncology, Nephrology, and Intensive Care.
• Ensure strategic alignment with marketing and medical affairs teams to execute regional strategies effectively.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights that aid decision-making.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field is essential.
• Preferred Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of Sales Experience, preferably with MNCs, Top Indian Pharma Companies, or Leading Diagnostic Labs.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, and customer relationship management skills.
• Location: Must be based or willing to work in Kochi or Trivandrum, Kerala.
• Language: Must speak Malayalam.
