Role Overview

Aqilea is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 2 to 4 years of experience to join their Bangalore team in a hybrid work environment. This role is crucial for building, maintaining, and enhancing a reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure. Candidates will work closely with development and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, focusing on automation, system reliability, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks utilizing Python or various scripting languages.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Monitor system health and performance through tools like Grafana and Splunk.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
• Engage in incident management, change management, and on-call support processes.
• Enhance system availability, scalability, and reliability through continuous optimization efforts.
• Ensure that the infrastructure meets security and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Draft technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Adhere to DevOps best practices and Agile methodologies.
