Creador Foundation India is a social-impact organization focused on improving financial literacy among women from low- and middle-income households in India. By leveraging digital platforms, we educate over a million women through innovative financial education programs delivered via video content, social media campaigns, and interactive AI-based tools in collaboration with NGOs and government initiatives.

Role Overview

As the Social Media & Community Manager, you will lead efforts to engage our large audience and foster a community among women who are undergoing financial education. This hands-on role requires both creative campaign development and strategic execution, aiming to convert our reach into an active, supportive online community.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Oversee daily operations across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, ensuring continual audience engagement and timely content delivery. Manage both organic and paid campaigns to effectively target and expand our reach.
• Community Building: Design initiatives that encourage participation from women, including the creation of WhatsApp groups, community programs, and live events. Cultivate a supportive environment wherein women can share experiences and knowledge.
• Measurement & Insights: Maintain an analytical dashboard for social media metrics, carefully tracking performance indicators such as reach and engagement rates. Regularly report findings to the Programme Director, ensuring that strategies are data-driven and adaptive.
• Collaboration: Facilitate communication between the community and internal teams, bringing insights from community interactions into product and content development, ensuring our initiatives remain relevant and impactful.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide your team to ensure alignment with organizational goals, promoting a productive and innovative workflow.

Must Have

• Experience: 6+ years in digital marketing, social media, or community management with hands-on experience in running paid campaigns.
• Results: Proven track record of audience growth and community building with measurable outcomes.
• Platforms: Practical command of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, alongside social media analytics and advertising tools.
• Skill Set: Creativity to develop campaign ideas and the discipline to test, measure, and improve them.
• Language & Education: Fluency in Hindi and a bachelor's or master's degree in relevant fields (marketing, communications, media, social sciences, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Experience managing public service announcements (PSA) or awareness campaigns.
• Understanding of the social-impact space.
• Proficiency in Marathi or another regional language.
