BreachPoint Private Limited is hiring a Social Media Executive to own digital voice across channels for a cybersecurity firm. You'll manage LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, create content, execute paid campaigns, and report analytics.

BreachPoint Private Limited (branded as BreachX) is an India-based cybersecurity firm specializing in incident response, digital forensics and incident response (DFIR), offensive security, and cyber-defense products. The company serves clients across BFSI, government, and enterprise sectors in India, the UAE, and the EU. Under the BreachX ONE brand, they build and ship their own product suite, partnering with global firms including Accenture.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social & Digital Media Executive to own BreachX's voice across digital channels. You will run our day-to-day social presence, build a steady content engine around cybersecurity topics, execute campaigns tied to product launches and thought leadership, and grow engagement with a technically discerning audience — CISOs, security practitioners, government stakeholders and enterprise buyers. This is a hands-on execution role. You will write, design, schedule, publish, monitor and report — with support, but with clear ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Own and operate BreachX's LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram and other relevant channels
• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned to product releases, threat-landscape events, industry conferences and company milestones
• Publish consistently, monitor comments and DMs, and respond in brand voice
• Track and grow follower base, engagement rate, reach and share of voice

Content Creation

• Write posts, carousels, short-form copy, video scripts, newsletters and landing-page copy on cybersecurity themes
• Turn technical material — threat advisories, incident reports, product features, research findings — into clear content for both technical and executive audiences
• Produce and edit basic creatives and short-form video (Canva / Figma / Adobe / CapCut or equivalent)
• Coordinate with the technical team to source accurate material, and with designers where deeper creative work is needed

Campaigns

• Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Meta
• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, A/B testing and optimisation
• Support product launches, webinars, whitepaper and report releases, and event promotions
• Run email and drip campaigns through the marketing stack

Public Engagement & Community

• Grow engagement within the cybersecurity community — practitioner groups, industry forums, conference conversations
• Support founder and leadership personal branding, including ghostwriting thought-leadership posts
• Coordinate coverage around speaking engagements, webinars, CTFs, hackathons and industry events
• Liaise with PR agencies, media contacts and partner marketing teams as required

Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain dashboards for channel performance, campaign ROI and lead attribution
• Report monthly on what worked, what did not, and what changes next
• Use analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, native platform insights) to inform the calendar

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably B2B
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, credible English copy — a portfolio of published work is required
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Proficiency with scheduling and management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later or equivalent)
• Design and video-editing capability using Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
• Comfort with analytics platforms and the ability to build a readable performance report
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content distribution
• Self-directed working style suited to a fully remote role, with strong written communication and reliable follow-through

Preferred

• Prior experience marketing for a cybersecurity, SaaS, IT services or deep-tech company
• Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology — threat intelligence, incident response, VAPT, SOC, compliance frameworks
• Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp)
• Exposure to B2B lead generation and account-based marketing
• Experience supporting founder-led or executive personal branding
• Basic familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business or a related field. Relevant certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are a plus. Strong candidates from non-traditional backgrounds with a compelling portfolio will be considered.
