Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives. This role will be pivotal in building and executing marketing strategies that elevate the brand's presence in international markets through digital platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, and via email campaigns. The successful candidate will report directly to the leadership team and will take ownership of the marketing function, ensuring our messaging resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing calendar and posting cadence across prominent social media channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns targeting international B2B audiences on platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and potentially Google Ads.
• Develop and run email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, nurture sequences, and product announcements to engage and inform stakeholders.
• Maintain the LinkedIn company presence with thought-leadership content, executive ghostwriting, and by fostering community engagement.
• Work closely with the AI Graphic & Video Designer to brief and direct content production, ensuring all materials meet brand standards.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, CPL/CPA) and provide monthly reports to leadership.
• Oversee the marketing budget, manage ad spend, and liaise with external vendors or agencies as required.
• Conduct market research to identify competitive positioning and inform strategy in international markets.
• Stay updated with AI marketing tools to discover and implement opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in digital/social media marketing with full-funnel campaign ownership.
• Proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn.
• Experience running email marketing programs (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills in English.
• Familiarity with marketing to international audiences.
• Comfortable briefing and directing designers or video creators, including understanding AI-generated content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing within the energy, renewable energy, industrial, or B2B technical/infrastructure sectors.
• Knowledge of AI content and creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Runway, HeyGen).
• Experience growing a YouTube channel and video content strategy.
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
