Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media & Omnichannel Marketing Executive to join our dynamic growth marketing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Zithara.ai's digital presence across various social media channels, executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and engaging directly with B2B retail business owners and executives. You will play a vital role in establishing our brand as a thought leader in Marketing Technology and Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Marketing (Organic & Paid Ads)

• Organic Strategy: Develop and schedule engaging content targeting platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram to establish thought leadership.
• Paid Campaigns: Manage and optimize ad campaigns through platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager to drive demo requests and inbound leads.
• A/B Testing: Conduct continuous testing of ad creatives, messaging hooks, and audience targeting to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and reduce cost per lead (CPL).

2. Omnichannel Execution (Email & WhatsApp Marketing)

• Email Campaigns: Plan, segment, and execute email marketing campaigns tailored for various audiences including inbound nurture tracks and cold outreach.
• WhatsApp Marketing: Design and implement conversational marketing workflows for promoting events, webinars, and engaging leads.
• Analytics Tracking: Monitor messaging performance metrics, including open rates, CTR, spam scores, and conversion rates to improve targeting.

3. Content Creation & Event Support

• Copywriting: Create compelling and persuasive copy for all marketing materials including ads, emails, and social media posts.
• Collateral Coordination: Work alongside designers to create visually engaging assets to support marketing campaigns.
• Event Amplification: Generate excitement and awareness for significant industry events and trade shows to maximize attendance and engagement.

• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or Martech company.
• Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta.
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and WhatsApp API.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Data-driven, with the ability to analyze metrics like impressions and CTR.
• Based in Hyderabad with willingness to align with Australian business hours.
