Role Overview

As a Software Engineer - UI Developer, you will join our growing IT UI/UX team in Gurgaon. Your primary responsibility is to develop and implement high-quality designs for our web-based financial platforms. You will collaborate with business analysts, technical leads, and other development team members to understand domain requirements and deliver intuitive, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces. This role is ideal for someone who possesses a strong eye for design, deep knowledge of frontend technologies, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business analysts and technical leads to develop a strong understanding of the domain, products, and client needs.
• Develop UI modules and features against given specifications, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
• Work collaboratively across teams to quickly deliver high-quality results that meet business goals.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing interface structures and propose enhancements.
• Convert PSD designs into clean, semantic HTML/CSS templates with responsive behavior.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.
• Maintain and update CSS pre-processor files (SASS/LESS) for consistency and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend best practices.

• A strong understanding of HTML, CSS.
