Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Implementation Engineer to support the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of pump selection software. The candidate will work closely with engineering and software teams to understand pump selection requirements, technical specifications, and customer needs. This role is ideal for mechanical engineering graduates or diploma holders who have a keen interest in both engineering fundamentals and practical software applications. You will be responsible for ensuring that our pump selection software is correctly configured, populated with accurate data, and validated to meet both internal standards and client expectations. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Diploma with relevant experience). Basic understanding of pumps, pump selection, and hydraulics is a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel (formulas, data analysis). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination abilities. Willingness to learn new engineering software. Familiarity with pump performance curves, databases, and software testing is preferred.
