Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect to join our dynamic team, focusing on Azure Cloud and DevOps practices. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the design and implementation of a robust Azure platform that meets the evolving needs of our enterprise clients. With a strong focus on securing business operations, the Solution Architect will lead projects that underline innovation and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership in Solution Architecture: Lead client workshops and discovery sessions to accurately assess needs and propose architectural solutions in alignment with business objectives.
• Design and Implementation: Utilize Azure first, multi-cloud, and microservices architecture patterns to craft scalable solutions tailored for secure environments. Develop prototypes and technical specifications to guide project objectives.
• Team Development: Mentor engineering teams while promoting reusable design patterns and efficient documentation. Focus on improving the overall developer experience.
• Cloud Architecture Ownership: Oversee the architecture roadmap and standards for Azure cloud solutions, ensuring optimal governance across services such as AKS, API Management, and more.
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build and streamline deployment pipelines in GitLab CI/CD and Azure DevOps to enhance delivery efficiency while integrating necessary security controls.
• Incident Management & Support: Lead incident management practices and contribute actively to post-incident analyses to improve service reliability and operational efficiency.

Salary

Approximate salary for this role ranges from ₹1,20,000 - ₹1,70,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications.

• 10+ years of experience in technology across software development, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and solution architecture.
• 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud, or SRE roles, including at least 2 years in a lead or architect capacity.
• Solid experience in application or solution architecture, including pre-sales, proposal input, estimation, and client workshops.
• Strong proficiency in Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of CI/CD practices, especially with GitLab CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
• Strong software development skills using Python, .NET, Java, or Node.js.
• Effective leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are required.
• Relevant certifications such as AZ-400 or AZ-305 are mandatory, along with familiarity in cloud cost optimizations and security compliance.
