As a Solution Engineer (Presales), you will serve as the technical bridge between SuperOps’ product and its prospects. Working closely with regional sales teams, you will own the technical sales cycle—from discovery and demos to proof-of-concept and onboarding. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for solving customer problems through technology. You will be expected to prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations that resonate with diverse audiences, respond to technical RFPs, and provide tailored training to ensure seamless adoption. The role operates on a US night shift (IST night) to align with North American client time zones.

Minimum 3 years in Solution Engineering or a technical role; excellent presentation and soft skills; ability to work cross-functionally; strong time management; knowledge of networking is a plus; Bachelor's degree required (B.S. in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred); prior SaaS knowledge is an advantage; flexibility to work US night shift.
