• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 8+ years of experience in modeling and simulation (M&S) engineering, preferably in defense or aerospace sectors
• Proficiency in simulation tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of C++, Python, or other programming languages for simulation development
• Experience with NSWC or DoD projects and familiarity with military standards (e.g., MIL-STD)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required
• Onsite availability in Panama City, Florida
