Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and performance-driven Store Manager to spearhead our Pune store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for every aspect of store management which includes overseeing sales performance, team management, enhancing customer experiences, and fostering business growth. You will play a pivotal role in executing day-to-day operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Performance

• Drive store sales and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics.
• Analyze sales trends and customer buying behavior to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Track and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and foot traffic productivity.
• Implement promotional activities and sales initiatives to optimize store performance.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop the store team members to create a high-energy, performance-oriented work environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Drive employee engagement, ensuring strict adherence to company standards and fostering a culture of accountability and ownership.

Customer Experience

• Ensure exceptional service delivery by creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers.
• Professionally address customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
• Build strong customer relationships to promote repeat business and loyalty.
• Ensure that team members consistently uphold the brand's service standards.

Store Operations

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and timely execution of tasks.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock replenishment processes.
• Maintain operational discipline in alignment with SOPs and manage stock shrinkage effectively.

Compliance & Administration

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory labor requirements.
• Maintain accurate operational and inventory records.
• Oversee store expenses and work toward enhancing operational efficiency.
• Prepare and submit business performance reports as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail.
• Strong understanding of sales management and retail operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop teams to achieve business goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in inventory management and sales reporting.
• Hands-on knowledge of POS systems and retail software.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for retail excellence.
