Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer - L2 with hands-on experience in server setup, application installation, deployment, and resolving technical issues. This role is pivotal for supporting Hudini's customer server-side application deployments and maintaining internal cloud infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and high availability. Ideal candidates will have previous L1/L2 technical support experience and demonstrate confidence in customer interactions via email and phone. Preference will be given to those with experience in supporting SaaS products for US and UK customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Hudini application deployment and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Hudini applications on customer on-premises servers and virtual environments.
• Set up customer servers for Hudini application installation and deployment.
• Support deployment of applications and systems in staging and production environments.
• Troubleshoot application, server, networking, and deployment-related issues.
• Handle customer support requests through email, ticketing systems, and phone calls.
• Participate in troubleshooting and support calls with US and UK-based clients.
• Communicate technical issues, resolutions, and deployment updates effectively to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and security.
• Coordinate with Engineering and DevOps teams for issue resolution.
• Perform regular system backups, patching, and updates.
• Maintain deployment documentation, SOPs, and asset records.
• Support new site deployments and client installations when required.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational best practices.

Salary

₹29,166 - ₹41,667 per month (normalized from ₹350,000 per year)

• 1–3 years of experience in server support, networking, application deployment, or technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience in server setup and configuration (Windows/Linux).
• Experience with application installation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in L1/L2 technical support roles.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone and email support channels.
• Experience handling customer calls independently and delivering effective technical support.
• Experience supporting SaaS products or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience supporting customers from the US and/or UK markets in a technical support environment.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS).
• Understanding of security best practices and access management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly and guide customers through troubleshooting steps over the phone.
• Experience supporting hospitality technology, enterprise SaaS platforms, or B2B software products (preferred).
