Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist II will lead sourcing, attracting, and hiring processes for a range of roles in India. Based in Pune, this role is key to driving Everseen's talent strategy forward. You will be part of a global TA and HR team with colleagues in Ireland, Romania, and Serbia, and will manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and mid-level positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle TA for professional and mid-level roles, ensuring a strong candidate experience and partnership with hiring teams
• Own end-to-end TA process from briefing to offer for assigned functions and postings in Pune
• Build and manage talent pipelines proactively for key skill areas
• Partner with managers to define selection criteria, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies
• Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate interview panels
• Track and analyze hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, diversity)
• Promote the company brand and deliver a positive candidate experience
• Mentor earlier career TA and HR team members as needed

Profile and Skills

• 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a multinational, SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
• Advanced sourcing skills with experience of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Demonstrable experience across hiring processes: interview techniques, technical assessment, offer negotiation, and candidate management
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
• Data-driven mindset with evidence-based validation
• Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever preferred)
• Ability to mentor junior team members as needed
