Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our India Engineering COE. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully hired for high-growth engineering organizations, product companies, startups, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and enjoys working in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple engineering functions while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract exceptional talent. This is a foundational opportunity to shape how we scale our engineering organization and contribute to products used by customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from role kick-off through candidate onboarding.
• Partner with Engineering leaders and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
• Hire across Product Engineering and Technology functions, including Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, Cloud, Data, Security, AI/ML, and Product roles.
• Independently manage both high-volume hiring as well as niche/specialized technical searches.
• Build strong talent pipelines using sourcing platforms, referrals, networking, and direct search techniques.
• Drive candidate engagement while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct recruiter screenings to evaluate technical alignment, motivation, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage recruitment metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and hiring quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve hiring processes and ensure timely delivery against hiring goals.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports within the ATS (Greenhouse preferred).

Tech Stack

While this is a recruitment role, you will be hiring for positions that require expertise in the following technologies and domains (your familiarity will help you assess candidates effectively):

• Software Engineering: Modern programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust), frameworks (e.g., .NET, React, Angular), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or GCP; containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• DevOps & SRE: Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), incident management, scripting, and automation.
• Data Engineering: SQL/NoSQL databases, data pipelines, ETL, Big Data technologies.
• Security: Cryptography, secure coding practices, identity and access management (IAM), secrets management.
• AI/ML: Machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), model deployment, and data science workflows.
• Product: Understanding of product lifecycle, user research, and agile methodologies.

You will leverage sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Naukri, GitHub, X-Ray Search, and other talent intelligence tools to identify and engage top talent.

5-8 years of IT Talent Acquisition experience, proven experience hiring for product engineering companies or GCCs, strong sourcing skills, and familiarity with modern software development technologies.

Foundational role in shaping a new engineering COE, global exposure, work with cutting-edge security and open-source technologies, hybrid work model in Noida.
