Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead in React Native development to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable mobile applications utilizing React Native.
• Engage in backend development using Dot Net Core and ASP.Net, with a strong emphasis on Angular for frontend development.
• Ensure thorough understanding and implementation of the MVC framework patterns in project work.
• Oversee the database management, particularly possessing experience with MSSQL.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, architects, and QA teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Act as a technical leader by conducting code reviews and advocating best practices in coding standards.
• Participate in system design, project estimations, and performance optimization.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate relevant solutions into the existing tech stack where applicable.
