Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead - Full Stack Developer responsible for leading a vibrant team of 4-6 developers. In this multi-skilled role, you will guide the team in designing, implementing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications, ensuring that projects meet quality and timeline expectations. Your expertise in full-stack development, primarily using .NET and modern frontend frameworks, will be essential in executing your strategic leadership responsibilities, with about 50-60% of your time dedicated to hands-on coding and the remainder focused on team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools for enhanced productivity.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET combined with frontend frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) and SQL Server.
• Build scalable applications, deploying them on Azure App Services while writing clean and secure code tailored to industry best practices.
• Manage a development team while taking ownership of product and technical roadmaps, mentoring junior engineers, and enforcing coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Prepare technical design documentation and estimates for development efforts.
• Continuously evolve engineering practices and troubleshoot software issues as necessary, providing on-call support.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 12–16 years of professional experience across the full software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment).

• Strong experience in:
