Role Overview

As the Technical Lead specializing in .NET and Azure, you will be pivotal in driving projects from conception to deployment. You will develop robust cloud-native applications, guide architectural decisions, and lead a talented engineering team. Your leadership will not only align with the strategic objectives but also enhance the technical capabilities of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead the development team, ensuring best practices are followed. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Architecture & Design: Shape the software architecture by transforming complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions. Lead the modernization of legacy applications to Azure-native microservices.

• Cloud Development: Utilizing .NET Core and Azure services, design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade backend applications with high performance and security standards.

• CI/CD & DevOps Integration: Collaborate with the DevOps team to establish efficient automated build and release pipelines, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments.

• Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and transactions within both relational and non-relational systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business partners, ensuring clear communication and providing accurate development estimates to mitigate risks early in the project lifecycle.

• Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET 6/8, ASP.NET, Microservices.
• Cloud Platform: Microsoft Azure (PaaS/SaaS, Azure Functions, AKS).
• Database Technologies: Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a lead position.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-level applications.

Technical Skills

• Core .NET Development: Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET 6/8, ASP.NET Web API. Understanding of OOP/SOLID principles, Clean/Hexagonal Architecture, Domain-Driven Design.
• Microsoft Azure Expertise: Familiarity with Azure App Services, Functions, Kubernetes, SQL Database, Cosmos DB, Azure DevOps, messaging services like Service Bus.
• Database Management: Advanced SQL Server skills, profiling, query optimization, experience with ORMs such as Entity Framework Core.
• CI/CD & DevOps Integration: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines, Git, and branching strategies.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities, agile mindset, and excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
