• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 7 years of professional experience in fullstack development, with a strong emphasis on C#.NET for backend services and React for frontend interfaces
• Proven leadership experience in guiding development teams, mentoring junior developers, and managing project timelines
• Deep knowledge of .NET Framework/Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server
• Expertise in React.js, including hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to architect scalable solutions
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems like Git
