Role Overview

As a Technical Lead – Full Stack Development, your leadership will be paramount in the development, architecture, and delivery of modern web applications. This role involves overseeing engineering teams and influencing significant technical decisions. You will play a vital role in enhancing the company's technical capabilities while simultaneously mentoring developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Architecture: Own the end-to-end architecture of full-stack applications, making essential decisions on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Back-End Development: Design and develop robust APIs using technologies like Node.js or Python, ensuring the delivery of secure and reliable services.
• Front-End Development: Spearhead the development of dynamic user interfaces with technologies like ReactJS or AngularJS, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Requirement Gathering & Execution: Collaborate with various stakeholders to convert complex business requirements into executable development plans.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor team members while promoting engineering practices and collaboration across various departments.
• Compliance, Risk & Reliability: Ensure that all systems adhere to security and compliance standards while building resilient, monitored environments.
• Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain relevant technical documentation and actively contribute to improving engineering processes.

• 7-8+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong experience with backend technologies like Node.js or Python
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as ReactJS or AngularJS
• Experience designing REST APIs and scalable backend systems
• Familiar with databases like MongoDB and MySQL
• Understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and cloud environments
• Effective collaboration and mentoring skills
• Tech Lead or Senior Engineer experience preferred.
