Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead with 8-12 years of software engineering experience to join the team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for an engineer who wants to lead architecture, mentor developers, and still contribute to code on critical applications. You will partner with architects and product teams to design cloud-first, highly scalable web and mobile solutions using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, front-end frameworks, AWS, and DevOps practices. You should be comfortable working in an on-site/offshore/nearshore model with distributed Agile teams and have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic reviews with the architects team and evaluate third-party tools and libraries, submitting reports for internal architecture decisions.
• Provide architecture guidance to product development teams with a strong focus on solution architecture, architecture artifacts, performance, scaling, and security.
• Guide the team through the development lifecycle, ensure the right development methodology is followed, and act as an individual contributor for critical applications.
• Lead architecture aspects of software development with a strong emphasis on OOAD, layered application development, domain-driven design, architecture design patterns, and standard agile processes such as Scrum.
• Support development teams during analysis, development, and testing; participate in requirements review and project document reviews.
• Communicate critical issues and status updates in a timely manner, while planning team growth through well-guided mentorship.
• Fine-tune the performance of existing solutions, including database design and SQL Server performance tuning.
