Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Pre-Sales / Discovery Engineer with a customer-centric approach. This role is pivotal as the primary technical liaison between our prospective clients and our organization. The selected candidate will engage with potential customers, assess their business challenges, present our capabilities, and prepare projects for in-depth exploration by our Industrial Solutions team. Unlike traditional consulting roles, the position emphasizes remote engagement and strategic communication over field activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Discovery & Qualification: Conduct organized discovery calls, gather insights into customer needs, assess current pain points and technical infrastructure, and determine the suitability of our solutions.
• Solution & Capability Presentation: Present our platform's capabilities, covering aspects like architecture, AI vision, deployment, and integration possibilities, demonstrating how we address specific customer challenges.
• Requirement Capture: Engage in structured discussions to gather customer requirements and document them comprehensively through discovery reports and qualification documents.
• Proposal & Commercial Support: Assist in crafting solution proposals and presentations while collaborating with the founder and other team leads.
• Internal Coordination: Work alongside management and engineering teams to facilitate smooth transitions from initial discovery to on-site assessments, ensuring all relevant parts of the organization are aligned.
• CRM & Opportunity Management: Maintain an updated record of all opportunities, track customer interactions and proposal statuses, and coordinate follow-ups as needed.
