Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with extensive expertise in Generative AI project delivery. This role involves leading the planning, execution, and successful deployment of AI-driven products and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess both project management skills and a robust understanding of Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and Machine Learning. You will work in close collaboration with engineering teams, business stakeholders, clients, and leadership to ensure the effective delivery of AI initiatives from conception through to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Generative AI and AI-powered projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Drive Agile project execution to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Engage closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
• Support AI solution design, roadmap planning, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Ensure AI solutions meet essential security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Track project KPIs and promote continuous improvement across delivery processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Project Management.
• Proven experience delivering Generative AI, AI/ML, or Data-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and modern AI ecosystems.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud-based applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of Python and AI development workflows is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing AI products or AI platform implementations.
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience working with startups, product companies, or fast-growing technology organizations.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
