Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Project Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of technological systems and processes. This role encompasses troubleshooting potential issues, making key decisions for continuous improvement in technical operations, and managing the teams responsible for project deliverables. A Technical Project Manager is pivotal in ensuring that all operational, regulatory, and commercial aspects are synchronized and effectively executed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, scope definitions, and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and finalize project objectives.
• Lead sprint planning, manage task allocation, facilitate stand-ups, and conduct project reviews.
• Ensure the adoption of modern technologies and evaluate opportunities for upgrades.
• Regularly update stakeholders through detailed reports on project progress.
• Establish and train teams on necessary technical processes and strategies.
• Supervise day-to-day technical operations, including personnel assignments and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement training methods for technical personnel.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within budget and timelines.
• Forecast potential scheduling delays and establish alternative plans to mitigate risks.
• Manage software support and maintenance, and create estimates for custom software development projects.
• Conduct technical interviews and screening for potential technical and software development candidates.

• Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development methodologies.
• Communication: Strong communication skills for stakeholder and team management.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern web architectures (MERN, MEAN), backend technologies, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and best practices in DevOps.
