Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with 10-15 years of proven success in managing complex technical projects. The successful candidate will have a profound understanding of project management methodologies, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams towards successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of complex technical projects, from project initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Build and manage cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities and providing guidance to team members.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive effective communication and collaboration across different teams, departments, and external vendors.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and optimizing project management processes.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members, fostering their professional growth.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to engage and manage diverse stakeholders including executives, technical teams, and external partners
• BE/BTech/MBA/MTech in Information Technology or equivalent qualification
