• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on BPM tools, particularly Camunda
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
• In-depth knowledge of Camunda BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN modeling
• Experience with database design and SQL (preferably Oracle or PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
