Role Overview

We are actively seeking a Test Automation Developer who possesses 4-6 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Automation Testing. This pivotal role requires expertise in Playwright, Selenium, Java, and Python, coupled with hands-on experience with AI-enabled automation strategies. The ideal candidate will lead the development of automation frameworks, mentor fellow team members, and champion the adoption of AI technologies to enhance testing efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks utilizing Playwright and Selenium.
• Write automation scripts employing Java and Python to achieve robust testing coverage.
• Lead various automation initiatives while mentoring a dynamic team of automation engineers.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
• Implement innovative AI-enhanced automation capabilities, such as script generation, self-healing functions, intelligent test data configurations, and failure analysis.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams—development, business, and QA—in Agile frameworks.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to automation best practices and quality standards.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of QA/Automation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Python.
• Experience with TestNG/PyTest, API automation (REST Assured/Postman), Git, Maven, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude, or similar.
• Experience building reusable automation frameworks and integrating with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Appium, accessibility testing, performance testing, BrowserStack/Perfecto, and cloud-based test automation platforms.
• Exposure to Agentic AI and modern Quality Engineering practices.
