• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, with at least 2 years focused on test data in financial services.
• Proficiency in data masking, synthetic data generation, and test data provisioning tools such as Delphix or IBM Optim.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, databases (Oracle, SQL Server), and data governance principles.
