Role Overview

As a Testing & Validation Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that vehicles and their components perform reliably and safely. Your expertise will enable you to perform rigorous evaluations of both individual components and entire vehicle systems, ensuring they meet the high standards necessary for effective road maintenance. This position requires a strong mechanical background and significant experience in testing and validation practices within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functionality testing of various components and complete vehicles to verify performance, safety, and reliability.
• Identify any discrepancies and suggest modifications to improve functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in the development of new products, providing feedback based on testing results to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
• Work closely with engineering teams to analyze test results and refine product design accordingly.
• Create test plans, execute tests, and document results effectively to provide clear reports on testing outcomes.

Work Location

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in functional testing of mechanical systems.
• Experience with heavy earth moving machinery (HEMM) for at least 5 years.
• Experience with construction equipment vehicles (CEV) for at least 5 years.
• Experience in new product development for at least 3 years.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
