Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our recruitment team. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals, learning the intricacies of sourcing, interviewing, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on specific job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases.
• Post job openings on relevant job boards and career platforms.
• Support the recruitment team in onboarding and documentation processes.
• Prepare recruitment reports to track hiring metrics.
• Build a positive candidate experience during the recruitment journey.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

Salary

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.
