Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Program Coordinator to join our Group Operations team in Bangalore. This on-site role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of assigned training and learning programs. You will act as the bridge between clients, campus coordinators, trainers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless program delivery from start to finish. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously. With over 5 years of experience in training operations, program coordination, or client delivery, you will take ownership of program schedules, resolve issues, and maintain meticulous records.

Key Responsibilities

• Training & Program Coordination: Manage end-to-end execution of training programs, including scheduling, trainer availability, and timeline tracking. Coordinate with internal teams to confirm session requirements and resolve any delivery challenges.
• Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and campus coordinators. Understand client needs and communicate them clearly to trainers and internal teams. Maintain regular updates and ensure all queries are resolved promptly.
• Program Delivery & Issue Management: Monitor training delivery proactively, identify potential delays or issues, and coordinate solutions. Escalate critical concerns to the Operations Lead while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the resolution process.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of schedules, attendance, progress, and deliverables. Prepare and update status reports, dashboards, and documentation of client requirements and action items. Support review meetings with relevant data.
• Process Adherence & Improvement: Follow established processes and templates. Identify opportunities to improve training operations and program delivery, and support the implementation of feedback-driven improvements.

Tech Stack

• Microsoft Excel (advanced reporting and dashboarding)
• Reporting & Dashboarding Tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar)
• Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and delivery
• Project Management & CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Salesforce) for stakeholder coordination
• Collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) for communication

This role requires strong proficiency in Excel and reporting, as you will regularly create dashboards and status reports for internal and client review.

Any degree. 5+ years of experience in training operations, program coordination, project coordination, customer success, client delivery, or similar roles. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Good Excel and reporting/dashboarding skills. Prior experience coordinating training programs, corporate clients, campus clients, or educational institutions is preferred. Must be currently residing in Bangalore for on-site work.
