Role Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of UX thinking and visual design skills, skilled in creating intuitive product experiences for both web and mobile applications. This role necessitates the ability to gather requirements, explore feasible solutions, and design elegant interfaces for complex applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements, user needs, and business goals to craft effective user experiences.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to conceptualize and communicate design solutions.
• Create responsive interfaces for complex web applications while ensuring consistency across various devices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Clearly present and justify design decisions during reviews and discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to and effectively utilize the product's design system to maintain visual consistency and scalability.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while delivering quality results within specified timelines.
• Employ AI-powered tools and design workflows to enhance productivity, streamline iterations, and elevate the quality of design outputs.

The UI/UX Designer will require a strong foundation in UX principles and user-centred design practices, along with robust presentation skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders and developers. • 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
• Experience designing SaaS or complex web applications, including responsive interfaces.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, problem-solving, and high-quality UI design for real product experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Good experience working with or contributing to design systems.
• Understanding of design foundations, UX principles, user-centred design practices, user research, and usability testing.
