Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital products that deliver exceptional user experiences. This role requires expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design, ensuring seamless experiences across web and mobile applications. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points • Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and user flows to enhance product usability and user satisfaction • Design high-fidelity UI mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD • Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design systems • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project goals and implement design solutions • Provide detailed design specifications and assets for development handoff using Zeplin, Figma Inspect, or Avocode • Participate in Agile development processes, providing quick iterations based on feedback • Ensure designs adhere to WCAG accessibility guidelines for inclusive user experiences • Optimize UI elements for performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility • Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices • Collect and analyze user feedback and behavioral analytics to continuously improve designs • Experiment with new design techniques and frameworks to enhance user engagement

3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator Experience with prototyping tools (InVision, Balsamiq, Axure, Proto.io) Hands-on user research and usability testing (Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Google Analytics) Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy Experience with design systems and brand guidelines iOS, Android, and web responsive design expertise Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
