Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Unity 3D Game Developer, who is proficient in Tamil, to join our dynamic team on a 2-month contract. This fully remote position requires a commitment of approximately 4 hours a day. The ideal candidate will have experience in hypercasual mobile games and multiplayer gaming mechanics, showcasing a portfolio of successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain hypercasual mobile games using Unity 3D and C#.
• Create engaging gameplay experiences that focus on retention, monetization, and rapid iteration.
• Implement multiplayer features such as matchmaking, player synchronization, and real-time interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to prototype and launch games effectively.
• Optimize games to ensure mobile performance and efficiency.
• Integrate third-party SDKs for analytics, ads, and in-app purchases.
• Troubleshoot issues related to gameplay and performance.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in hypercasual mobile game development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing published titles from Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and WebGL platforms.
• Practical experience with multiplayer game mechanics.
• Ability to demonstrate gameplay mechanics and project contributions.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Unity game development experience.
• Familiarity with live-service games and monetization strategies.
• Experience with AI-assisted game development.
• Previous experience in distributed remote teams is a plus.
