Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled US IT Recruiter to join our team in Tharamani, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process for various IT positions. Working from 6 PM to 3 AM, this role will require a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Account Managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Participate in intake calls to pinpoint skill competencies and qualifications needed for job openings.
• Utilize diverse recruiting methods, including online job portals and networking, to source and screen candidates.
• Conduct interviews to validate candidate qualifications, including technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate all interview processes, gathering feedback from stakeholders involved in the hiring process.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline by networking and engaging with potential candidates.
• Ensure candidate data is accurately recorded and maintained in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide consistent updates to internal teams regarding candidate statuses and recruitment progress.

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically within IT, technology, or technical roles.
• Proven track record in recruiting for diverse IT positions such as software developers, engineers, analysts, project managers, cloud professionals, and cybersecurity specialists.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical skill sets, and industry terminology.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking.
• Familiarity with working in a staffing agency, consulting environment, or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Ability to efficiently conduct candidate screenings and assess technical qualifications.
• Capable of managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruiting tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English communication.
