Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate UX/UI Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. This hybrid role requires a creative individual who possesses a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the technical expertise to translate those designs into functional, engaging, and responsive user interfaces. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire user experience lifecycle—ranging from concept and research to design, prototyping, and front-end implementation. This position is essential for creating seamless user experiences that align with our product goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions and identify user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications while ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups utilizing industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Translate UX/UI designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable, and performant front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications function seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
• Maintain and improve existing user interfaces by addressing bugs and implementing new features as required.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies, applying them to enhance our products.
• Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for best practices in UX/UI.

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in UX design and UI development.
• Proficient in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong skills in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with usability testing and the ability to analyze user feedback.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
