Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive to manage and support day-to-day warehouse and operational activities. This all-rounder operations role will involve multiple functions such as warehouse operations, billing support, city operations coordination, logistics handling, packing, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong inventory management skills, team coordination, and a commitment to upholding high safety and quality standards in the warehousing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. Ensure proper inventory handling and stock organization inside the warehouse, while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of materials.
• Logistics & Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely shipment of orders. Accurately pack and dispatch products according to order details and maintain up-to-date dispatch logs and delivery schedules.
• Billing & Documentation Support: Assist with billing-related activities and documentation when required, ensuring accurate records of stock movement and daily operational reports such as inventory, dispatch, and delivery reports.
• City Operations Support: Collaborate with city operations teams to ensure smooth order flow, assist with local deliveries, and support operational tasks across departments as necessary.
• Inventory Management: Employ FIFO/FEFO methods for batch-wise packing and dispatching, ensuring stock accuracy and conducting periodic stock checks and inventory reconciliation.

Tech Stack

• Inventory management systems (including proficiency in Excel and other inventory software)

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in warehouse, logistics, or operations.
• Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations
  • Understanding of packing, dispatch, and logistics
  • Ability to manage billing or documentation tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good coordination and teamwork skills
  • Computer literacy (Excel and inventory management software)
• Profile: Comfortable in a fast-paced operations environment and an immediate joiner preferred.
