Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Zonal Sales Manager based in Maharashtra to promote our flagship brand, Amrut Tulsi Cough Syrup, and spearhead sales operations within the region. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in pharmaceutical sales and extensive experience in team management. You will lead a team of Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Sales Representatives to drive performance and enhance sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Promotion: Actively promote the Company’s flagship brand, Amrut Tulsi Cough Syrup, and manage overall brand visibility in the market.
2. Team Management:
   • Recruit and manage a high-performing sales team, including RSMs, ASMs, and Sales Representatives.
   • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills and improve team performance.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
   • Build and nurture relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
   • Responsively address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
4. Sales and Marketing Operations:
   • Oversee sales initiatives, marketing strategies, and frontline operations to achieve business objectives.
   • Identify and develop alternative sales channels to support sales volume growth.
5. Business Development:
   • Focus on business growth aligned with profitability metrics.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective brand strategies, enhancing market presence.
